Project:

Maintain and develop Tempus, which is an Intranet application for Project Management, Time Recording and Financial Reports.

Tempus has approx. 600 users and is written in classic asp with a SQL Server 2000 back-end. It is currently being rewritten into Asp.net 2 with SQL Server 2005.

Responsibilities:

Train 3 developers with the skills required to support the application.
Gather users requirements to develop new functionality
Write functional specs.
Write technical specs.
Write the code, data structures, stored procedures, etc, for the new processes.
Write a handover plan.
Implement the new functionality for User Testing.
Go live and write documentation
Rewrite the application in sections using C#, asp.net 2 and SQL Server 2005.
